Ingredients: Cookies for children
200 gr. cornstarch
200 gr. flour
5 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. baking powder
Lemon zest (to taste, minimally about 3 tbsp.)
1 / 2 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
5 tbsp. milk
Preparation: Cookies for children
Mix all ingredients into a masahomogénea. Once ready, using the rolling pin knead until a smooth surface and cut with molds, forms at home.
Grease a baking sheet and cook for 10/15 minutes until golden brown.
In closing may be dusted with powdered sugar.
