Industrial Application of Vitamins (I)
The vitamin industry is advancing rapidly due to medical discoveries about the importance of vitamins, including some dare to say that vitamin supplements are the main weapon of medicine to maintain optimal health and prevent chronic diseases. Because this has been giving a “vitamin fever”, despite numerous research projects can take decades to prove the claims that have been made.

The success is due to its antioxidant effect on free radicals capable of causing a chain reaction and destroy cells when wearing their membranes and affect their genetic material. Chemists who study this process support the hypothesis that vitamins C and E and Beta Carotene can neutralize free radicals by tying its free electrons. To prove scientifically that antioxidants have the capacity to neutralize free radicals arise a real possibility for reducing cancer mortality.
If hopes for vitamins are arrived to check, medical science would have a new revolution in which the weapons need not make up for any corner pharmacy is armed to the teeth of these products.
