Balanced Nutrition in the Family

Beside the discovery phase, we must give the family food rhythms. The meal is a time that food is preferred. It is necessary to halt the regularly snacking between meals and keep eating as a social time and family time as trade.
The meal must be structured in the day in food and it’s content, with sufficient time and a kind of chronological sequence in order dishes. It becomes something reassuring, safe and rhythmic, with course flexibility.
We must fight against the disintegration of the meal we observe today, where children eat what matters to me anytime, all alone, just left to their free will.
