The Secrets to Making a Good Brew
There is a world of difference in the real taste of fine tea, if it is well prepared. To serve a truly delicious cup of tea and implement the secrets to preparing a good cup, should follow these guidelines:
Use the best quality leaf tea you can find (usually, a British brand or Eastern).
Pour boiling water into a teapot to scald it before use. In this way the tea is hot and keep the water for the infusion to cool too quickly when in contact with the cold ceramic or porcelain. Empty and put a tea bag per cup (1 heaping teaspoon) into the teapot.
Water should be fresh, if spring is much better, and should be poured just bubbling boil.
Leave to soak the area, without stirring, three to five minutes (depends on how loaded you like).
After the infusion bath, remove the tea bags without squeezing them (the squeeze can extract the bitter taste of polyphenols that remain in the leaf).
Pour the hot tea from the teapot into cups and enjoy, Add what you like (honey, sugar, milk), but never put cream, because it contains too much fat for the delicate flavor of the tea.
